The Mcflurry's are the only thing I will get from there. (and the iced coffee) :)
And yes, the Caramel is awesome!

There's nothing else that I would buy at the McDonald's other than McFlurry... It doesn't matter it's caramel or Oreo.

i just love macdonalds full stop.im a small girl (5ft6 and only 8 stone)but man can i get through them mmmmmmmm i love to have a large chicken nugget meal with an extra box of 9 nuggets aswell.i can eat all the 15 nuggets and still eat the ones my two yr old leaves from her happy meal.

I worked there as a 2nd job last summer and OMG YES I was sooo hooked on them, that was before they were even on the menu! We use to just make them!

Yes. That's my favourite thing from McDonalds. I had one the other day and the girl serving must've slipped with the sauce. It was delicious.
