Well, on this computer we have two user acounts. On this one the internet works fine. However, on the other it won't connect.

The computer tells me that the connection seed is there, yet it won't conect!

I don't get why it would be on this acount and not the other, but I will take any help I can get! It is really important to get the internet on the other acount.

BTW, i don't know if it helps but we have comcast (I don't like them....)

It was the account that was orginally on here
(the first one ever on here) It has always been an adminastrator, and was the main acount being used.

But you have the idea of the two acounts I think

When you say "two user accounts" do you mean two user accounts established on the computer itself? If so, then the account that cannot connect may not have been granted access to the Internet; I would recommend double-checking the settings and permissions of that account.

This has nothing to do with your internet provider, just some setting on the account that cannot connect. The easiest fix would be to grant the 2nd account admin abilities, and make sure all the internet and network setting are the same. on each account.
