I am going on a cruise in 3days and my period is not on schedule, I can feel it lingering but it hasn't started yet. I'm not pregnant, I know its coming I just want to help it so I can enjoy my very first cruise. My husband and I haven't had a vacation since 1997 ( our first year anniversary). We just had a baby girl 4 1/2 months ago and we a really looking forward to this but I can't tell him " MY FRIEND" may be coming along. Please someone help. Like I said i am cramping and my lower back has been aching its there it just wont show up!!!

Talk to your doctor and see what he or she says.

ugh thats no fun
but theres not much you can do
on the cruise you can wear a tampon and bring lots of period medication
