1) daily rotation about it's axis
2) yearly revolution around the sun
3) rotation of the direction of the earth's axis's tilt (precession)
4) changes in the angle of the tilt (obliquity)
5) The last one could be one of several things:
a) rotation of the solar system in the galaxy
b) very small movements due to the gravity field between the Earth and moon
c) tectonic or internal movement

Earth spins around itself, that axis precesses, earth goes around the sun, sun goes around another Star system in the milky way and the milky way is going around some thing else.
