Last night I noticed in my discharge a little bit of brown (looked to me like dried blood) probably about a nickle size. Has this happend to anyone when they were pregnant before? I haven't had it since or before. I also have been pregnant before and never noticed it with my first pregnancy. Does anyone know what may be going on and if I should be concerned?

honestly, i don't think you have anything to worry about. i have 3 kids and something similar happened to me. all 3 of those buggars came out all right. but i'm not a doctor, so i suggest you talk with yours just to make sure.
good luck, and congrats on the new baby♥

This could not be a big deal, but it also could be beginning stages of miscarriage. When I had some spotting while I was pregnant my doctor rushed me in and did an exam and everything turned out to be fine, as it was rectal bleeding (very common in pregnancy). Like I said though, better to be safe than sorry, if you call your doctor, they will fit you in right away!

That happened to an aunt of mine and also a friend. They rushed to the hospital and spent hours in the emergency room to find out it was a natural discharge and nothing to worry about.

I would just call your OB and ask about it. If they tell you its nothing to worry about, then dont worry about it. I would only consider a problem if you were actually bleeding heavily, and experiencing severe pains.

it's not unusual to have spotting in early pregnancy but you should call your doctor.

i bled (lightly) for several days at 8 weeks and everything turned out alright. MW told me that it was not an unusual thing. it was for me though since this is my 5th pregnancy and it had never happened before.

It is probably nothing, but you should ALWAYS tell your OB about anything like this so that they can make sure everything is okay, and be aware to watch for anything out of the ordinary.

You're probably turning that implantation corner - nothing to worry about as long as the bleeding isn't heavy. :)
