Do you get proper paint jobs on planes (eg. British Airways) without any downloads?

A couple of the aircraft's paint jobs are based on actual aircraft but you won't find regular airline paint jobs without either downloading them from somewhere like www.simviation.com
or buying an add on.

Nope. The planes are accurately modelled, but no branding or company logos on them.
