I want to start paying bills on internet. What I just want to know is what is the safest email
to use for this. Not to pay bills by but just a safe place to keep all finance information.

Don't understand what you're asking - a place to keep all finance information? Your PC would be a logical place for that, assuming nobody else uses it - if they do, put the info under password protection.
As far as actually paying the bills, most companies have their own websites for that.

Check with your current bank. Many banks offer on line bill payments from their secure website, and many if not most are free to their customers.

hey - I would advise you not to use any credit card payments through net.
It is highly risky unless it has a encoded programme wherein your card details are not copied
Do speak to someone who is an authority before you venture in to this
