The U.S. Constitution does not guarantee the right to health care or that the gov. must provide it. So, I presume it would be right next to that. Every single person in the U.S. can receive necessary health care, citizen or not.

Exactly in the same place where it says that Congress in return for the enormous campaign contributions made by rich corporations and individuals must reward these patriotic God fearing corrupting "ebola viruses" with any legislation they want including of course denying all voters/citizens the legislation/laws/programs etc that they want anytime these requests from the dirty masses conflicts with those of the rich and powerful.

It is simply called "QUID QUO PRO ".

Same place you find that abortion on demand without restriction is more important than the Bill of Rights.

Unverisal health care help sink the Clintons. So pushing it now is only going to lead to a GOP victory.

I suggest we fix the health care system not the government.

Right next to the part where it says the Federal Government has any business at all involving itself in health care.
