All things being equal:

A switch should have an uplink connection which you can then connect to any regular (non-uplink) port on any other switch.

Or, a crossover would work if it's regular port to regular port.

If the switches have fiber connection, it'll be transmit to receive on both ends.

Do you have a fourth switch, as well? If so, then connect one switch to your main network; there is a port on the switch that receives input from the network. After that, you will connect the other three switches into three ports on the main switch and all the computers will connect into the other three switches.

Having said that, there are a couple more questions to ask.
Are these merely switches or are they routers?
Do you plan on subnetting the three smaller networks?
Are you going to try using ICS (which I wouldn't recommend) or NAT with a private addressing system (192.168.x.y)?

You may want to let the readers know more details, like switch make and model? There is a lot more involved here then just plug and play.
