When you say "best way" do you mean way which is best for him, or easiest way to do it?
Easiest way: sex. Dunno if that's what you want though.
If you're looking for another way, doing ti just by hand isn't easy. I don't know why, but it's much esier for me to do it by hand than either of the girls I've slept with have found it.
Oral works well. Alternating oral and hands is good too, as certain things can out of reach/view when you're performing oral. 69 works well.
