If it's a call, just don't answer, he (she?)ll get tired of talking to the voicemail soon enough. Texts can't be stopped so easily, nor can the delivery report (not available on all systems) If it's a real nuisance you can get your network to do something, otherwise treat it as any spam and text back "STOP"
Ultimately change your number.

your service provider can't block individual numbers so thats not an option but some nokia come with a number filter or message screening you wuld need to check the message settings in your text messages it comes under no screening if it's there add the number to the list and none of the messages should be able to get through from the other person hope this helps

Hello YAPers :) Just saw your examples of your new craze of texting, and from the outside world ( in this case from the west) this looks class-less and dumb. I see no point in it. I would think it would take longer to text just finding small/caps/numbers/signs to represent words? I can see how it is a new thing to do, but if I where to get a JeJeMon text, I would think the person was a complete idiot with no proper grammar and sentence structure! This is the reason I broke up with my last gf. If there is one thing I hate, it is a person with bad grammar and laziness in their writing.

I don't think you can. That kind of control is only available to the operator. Ask if they'll do it for you.
