I rate fight scenes by how long they stay with me. So, this has to go to American History X, yea, you know the scene i am talking about. Not as much a fight scene, but probably the most violent thing i have scene in a movie ever. And it is still with me, i think of it everytime i see a curb....

pick any scene in Fight Club, and if you want to get away from movies, the cripple fight in South Park is an all time classic.
