By Your Name and your question i somehow feel you are an indian. So my answer would be you can be happy with anything above 3000INR. But if you are really experienced and configure security along with the Basic Networking you can demand more.

The answer largely depends on where you are located and your qualifications and experience levels.
The going rate around our area is about $75.00 / cable drop. That assumes your are running cable in the walls etc. If it just connect six wires to the router and clicking on share printer then the price would be less.
