Yes, there are two official British editions, Children and Adult. The content between the two is exactly the same, but the covers are different.

Like others said, the content is no different. There's children and adult versions of all the books released. Originally it was just the big bulky and colorful "children's" version, but then the slimmer paperbacks were issued for adults that have less flashy covers. I guess for adults who don't want to stick out reading Harry Potter!

No there is only ONE version, but the cover is different in between the 2 editions. But it IS the SAME book.

no there is only one version but the is a hard cover realesed the 21st of july and then a soft cover will come out later, I recomend getting the soft cover for a child because they are harder to break the binding
