If you mean it's just going to the Chinese site automatically, then, in Internet Explorer, click on the tools menu, go to Internet Options, and click on Language. Make sure English - US is the first language listed.

Msn as in msn messenger ?
Or as in msn home page, or as in msn explorer ?
