help,is this note F sharp or just F

That would be an F natural.

The reason is because the key is C minor. The dominant chord of C minor is G7. We know the G chord is major because of the B natural in the treble clef staff. So, since the G should have a dominat 7th (F natural), we know that the F# in the treble clef staff is simply a passing tone.

It is Just an F, du to the fact that the key signature is bbb. which means b is bb, e is Eb and A is Ab, the b standing for flat

It looks like an F to me. Usually, it would have a # symbol next to it if it were sharp and that little "b" if it were flat.
