Each has it's own individual temp setting.
Look in the fridge near the top right. If there is a gauge there, you can see a setting for the fridge and the freezer.

Check inside your frig (usually at the top) there should be two little dials to set for warmer or colder for both the freezer and the frig. Move the dials whichever way you need to fix this situation. Hope this does the trick

the dial on the freezer is set at freeze and the dial for refrigerator is set low look inside fridge for dials
