I have 2 mathematical questions

A.) If it takes 1 hour to download a file on dialup internet, how long would it take to download the same exact file if my internet connection is 10 times faster?

B.) If it takes 25 minutes to download a file on my dialup connection now, how long would it take to download that same exact file if my internet connection is was 10 times faster?

In both cases, you divide the time by 10.

A.
1hr. = 60min.
Divided by 10, that gives 6min.

B.
25min. divided by 10 = 2.5min. or 2min 30sec.

If the connection is 10 times faster, divide the download time by 10.

A) 60 (min) /10 = 6 min.
B) 25 (min) / 10 = 2.5 min

If the download is 10 times faster, it would take 10 times less time. So, 6 minutes and 2.5 minutes respectively.

1 hour = 60 minutes.

60 / 10 = 6 minutes.

B) 25 minutes / 10 = 2.5 minutes = 2 minutes 30 seconds

A) it'll take 0.1 hour = 6 min. = 360 sec.
B) it'll take 2.5 min. = 150 sec.
