I dont think its part of the hangover. Hangovers are due to dehydration induced by alcohol....

Now...

Gastritis (Irritation of gastrointestinal mucosa from hyper acidity)could be causing you pain, and yes alcohol can cause it...

You could use antacids(Ranitidine) and even anti-flatulence meds(Domperidone)
.
You could also place a warm compress over the abdomen affording temporary relief of your pain.

Drink lots of Gatorade. Or drink any type of ginger pop. Ginger Ale, Vernors.

Have someone go to the store for you to buy liquid Maalox. Take 4 teaspoons every 4 hours.

The reason you get hangovers is alcohol dehydrates you.

So the headaches and other symptoms are just the symptoms of dehydration.

To avoid hangovers in the future drink good fluid as you drink or before you go to bed

good fluids are any thing without alcohol or caffeine in them
water
sports drinks
juice
milk
herbal teas

I have several recipes for tummy upset I am going to give you more than one incase you do not have or can not find all of the ingredants.
If you do not have them you can find them at a natural food store. For the recipes they work best as they are but in a pinch I have not used all of them.

to help with your upset tummy
mint tea
has an essential oil in it that eases nausea, colic, diarrhoea, headaches, gastritis and menstrual cramps.

Chamomile tea

Has essential oil in it that contains chamazulene and alpha-bisabolol
chamomile has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and antibacterial effects.

For gastric complaints
This tea soothes the gastrointestinal tract
1 oz chamomile (flowers are best but in a pinch you
can take apart tea bags)
2/3 oz peppermint (dried)
1 oz caraway seeds
2/3 oz angelica

put the above in a air tight container and mix well
you can store the extra for up to 4 months
Keep in a cool dark place

to make the tea
use 1 tsp of the mix per cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 Min's (let sit) and strain.

To relieve intestinal cramps
3/4 peppermint leaves (dried)
1/2 oz camellia leaves
1/4 oz gingerroot fresh or dried

mix in air tight container mix well. If you use the fresh ginger you have to keep this in the fridge.
this will keep for 3 to 4 months.
use 1 tsp of the minture per cup of boiling water.steep for 10 min's then strain.
this slightly bitter but soothing warming tea can be sweetned with sugar.

to settle upset stomach

1 oz peppermint leaves (dried)
1 oz lemon-balm leaves
1 oz fennel seeds

put into an air tight container and mix well
store for up to 3 to 4 months in dark cool place
use one tsp of the mix per one cup of boiling water steep for ten min's and strain.

this combination of healing plants alleviates cramps and soothes the intestinal lining.
