Raspberry Leaf Tea, you can purchase it in the grocery store in the coffee isle. Raspberry leaf improves the uterus function, eases symptoms of PMS and flow will be light to mod orate. No headaches, backaches or ill tension.
If you want to get fresh raspberry leaf that is organic, I buy mine from www.dandesoap.com by the ounce and I use the muslin tea bag they sell too.
You can look up raspberry leaf in a general search using your browser. Just type it in and go. There is so much that it does that I can't begin to tell you all of it.

The more "regular" the rest of your life is, the more regular your period can be. Try to get enough rest and generally sleep and rise and the same time each day. Keep your diet healthy and balanced. Reduce your stress level. Get regular exercise - this can really help regulate things. Getting enough nutrition really helps balance your hormones as well. I would recommend a really good daily vitamin and mineral supplement. I could get you a lot more information if you're interested. Contact me at healthy.families@hotmail.com

The supplement is mainly used to balance the female hormones and helps to balance symptoms caused by Pre Menstrual Tension (PMT) and the menopause.

If you use the pills for some months, your periods will be regular. Or you can go for homeopathy, ayurveda etc.
