plain and simple my mom tried to kill me yesterday. no joke. thier is a big scartch under my eye. another in my eyeball.some on my neck. i cant see as well since she beat me up. is this child abuse? i am 12 years old. not a bad kid i have 2 ferrets which i love very much some freinds and a abusive mom. my dad is in korea atm. what should i do? i am also kinda scared to live here with her, she said next time"next time i am gonna try and take out my eyes and make them black" i know this is verbal abuse but is this child abuse?? o yea my sister is taking sides with my mom. so it is me against them. i know it is wrong to hit your parents but defend yourself is ok rite?

she got mad becasue i accidently dropped a glass on the floor then asked a question (wasnt trying to be smart only a simple question)

No that is NOT an acceptable way for a parent to act. You are being abused by your mother and you need to get some help. I know you may feel powerless being 12 years old but there are people out there that can and will listen to you and help you. You shouldn't be in the position where you have to defend yourself from your own mother.
Go to someone you trust, a help line etc. You can't live like this. I wish you well.

Call the police, and show them your wounds. They will see to it that she never hits you again. You could also discuss this with you grandparents or another adult that you trust. a school counselor is also a great place to get help. Also, in the meantime try to be more cooperative around the house. You may be causing your own problems.

YES!!! it's child abuse! You need to go to the police and tell them what's going on in your house with your mother. Your sister is probably siding with your mom because she's afraid of your mom too. You and your sister are in danger and your mom needs professional help. So dont put it off, GO NOW!!

contact the police. IMMEDIATELY! ur mother isnt supposed to try to KILL you! thats just messed up. they're prob gonna take u out of her custody. ur mom is abusing u in more ways than u think.

YES!!!! This is child abuse. Call the police IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know from experience it doesn't get better. Don't continue to let this go on. It will scar you for life. I let it go out until I moved out at 18 and now I have an anxiety disorder, Post Traumatic Disorder and Severe Depression. Please, Please,Please get help.
