Now I need this:
H=F+17.5%
Do I just type:
F2=17.5% in H2 column

Now if I want to have a total of column H
so h1+h2+h3 etc. what do I do now? (I am not good at these types of thingS!)

If you look at the toolbar at the top of the screen you should see a % symbol, so you can use that. It simply formats a number e.g. 17.5 as a percentage.

In H2 type

=F2 + 17.5 this assumes the number in F2 is a % number

If you have say 100 in f1 and you want 17.5% of 100 in f2 just type =f1+17.5%*f1 in f2 and you will get your answer in f2 i.e. 117.5.
