So, the sunglass sales are pretty poor. I only have a small table to work with. I would like to utilize the space and the season but after racking my brain, I have come up with nothing else to sell. Help me!

I have no clue where you are, so I can't even begin to guess.
But I suggest instead of looking for a product randomly, instead get to know your market.
You want to sell to tourists. Sure they need sunglasses, but what else? Go for a walk in your area where your table is set up, which I assume is some kind of market. Go walking around, make a note of what's there. Just generally, go over the goods, the foods, and so forth.
Then go to the tourist hot-spots, see what's there, and what's missing. What draws the tourists to the hot spots? Is it just sight seeing or is there more? What peripheral businesses are out there to service the needs of the tourists?
What is in the super hot spots that is missing where you are? What can you provide that's missing?
But also make sure to segment your market more. Tourists is very vague. Do you want to sell to males or females? Do you want to sell to young or old people? Rich or poor? What is their income?
So for example middle-income male seniors want different things than rich young females, who want different things than poor men.
Figure out a more narrow target market, then see what they want that's missing and how you can provide that. It's not to say they'll be your only business, just your business focus.

Disposable cameras, sunblock, depending on where your at and what they are known for a few touristy items. Such as a shell stuff if you are at a beach or beach bags. I would suggest you go into a few souvenir shops and see what they sell and compile a list and just go smaller.
