Now tell me on what charge. We're not in Wonderland here, so make it legal, valid, and correct. Gotcha.

Wow, the liberals around here are about as close to brain-dead as you can get and still be able to type.

pr0ph3t1cl1v1ty, is claiming obstruction of justice, but is failing to cite an incident. I hope he's not referring to the Executive Privilege that the President has CONSTITUTIONALLY involked!?! People should know their Constitutional Law before opening their big mouths with leftist rhetoric. Please see the Supreme Court ruling in US v. Nixon.

Stony is not even worth addressing, but just for the fun of it I'll go for it. First of all, wiretapping is not illegal in the name of national security. You should see what the Federal Governments responsabilities are in the Constitution and then you'll see that most things will be legal for national security. While you are looking at the Constitution please look at Article II Section 2 for the right to pardon...it's EXPLICITYLY written in the Constitution!! After you do your homework take a look at Clinton's list of pardons and get back to me.

The fact that he is a poor excuse for a president doesn't warrant impeachment. Yes he is ignoring the illegal alien problem in order to help out his rich pals and yes, he has gotten us into a neverending war, but that is just poor judgment and a poor president, not impeachable offenses.

Everybody with a brain wants Bush impeached.

Obstruction of justice would be good, for starters. Hey, it worked when they impeached Clinton, eventhough it was a BS charge against him. No, you know what would be legal, valid, and correct? To charge Bush with TREASON. The list of ways he has subverted the Constitution and democracy in America is a mile long, where would you like to begin?

I'm sure the Hague wouldn't have too much trouble figuring out a few charges against him, but of course, they aren't able to help us impeach him.

His wiretapping was illegal.

I would also argue that his commutation of Scooter Libby's sentence was illegal even though it appears legal on the face of it. Libby was found guilty of obstructing an investigation into the actions of the executive branch, i.e. Bush & Cheney. So for Bush to then commute his sentence would be illegal.

I'm not a lawyer so if there is some legal technicality that makes this okay, it doesn't change the fact that what was done was immoral and strikes at the heart of our justice system not unlike when President Clinton committed perjury.

99% of the people who want him impeached cannot even cite judicial references to the impeachable laws he allegedly broke. Even then it's ludicrous, considering it would take longer to impeach him than he has left in office.

It sounds to me like just another reason for Democrats to whine and stomp their feet.

Who doesn't want him impeached? Obstruction of justice is an understatement. What bothers me most is the fact that he will not end this war. So many young men are dying. He should be more concerned about banning immigrants. Our country is being taken over by Mexicans and Arabs.
