You don't work for free do you? Than accept the way that your boss does things becaouse he is the one that sighns your paycheck. If you don't like it open your own business and than you will not have a boss.

I have found that in almost every situation where two human beings are not able to get along, in the workplace, or otherwise, it is generally due to an inability to communicate effectively. To that end I would encourage you to attempt to study ways to better communicate with your boss. Find a book on Neuro Linguistic Programming (otherwise known as NLP), that would probably be a great first step to solving any communications issues. Through the study of NLP we find that people can often times have an ineffective comunication pattern due to the fact that their sub conscious filters out things you are trying to explain to them because your words of choice are not matching up with their internal mind. Basically if you can educate yourself and discover what his internal communicative preferences are you can then discuss your thoughts in a way which lines up with his thoughts whereby you should enjoy a much better communicative environment which will translate into a better work environment. Additionally, I have a company which is currently hiring in the Chicago area if you have a skill set which could be of use I would welcome you to submit a resume. Although I encourage you first to work on furthering your capacity to communicate with your boss in this situation and see where that takes you. Once you can effectively communicate with him, the next step is in earning his favor, not asking for it, but earning it, sounds like you may be at least a hard worker so this may be something which comes natural. I know I personally tend to appreciate good honest hard work nearly as much as I do good lazy efficient work. Either of the two is bound to earn some sort of favor. Hope this helps

Wow... what you wrote makes very little sense. I had a hard time trying to see your point...LOL. Maybe he doesn't like you because you can't even write. LOL.

Ok, if your leaving in two months... be a bigger person and ignore it. Fact is there will be a jerk at every company you will ever work at. There is one at every employer, boss or peer. Time to do what most adults do... suck it up and earn your paycheck or find a new job. It really is just that simple.
