it would be the definition of sissy/effeminate, but that wouldn't make them gay, and it wouldn't make them a sissy person, it's just a sissy action.

if i went out in a dress for a day, would that make me effeminate? no. because i don't normally do that.

would it make me gay? hell no

From what I have read, many normal married men dress up and are not considered either gay or a sissy.

I met this guy who was always well-dressed, talked with a lisp, lived in one of the gayest areas of my province, and was a hairstylist.
Whenever he got hit on by a guy, he was genuinely confused.

He had become a hairstylist so he could meet women. Seriously.

Effeminate behaviour is not a good indicator of someone's sexuality.

Not necessary. I have a uncle who behave almost like a lady, but he is perfectly normal. He only like woman, and he was married with 3 kids.
