Computer does not have a FM reciever, so you cannot listen to your local FM Stations, but if those FM Stations is providing Streaming audio live thru web, the you can listen. Windows Media player or Real Player will find you those Live Internet stations.

You can go directly to the station's website and link to listen online if they stream their signal. Hauppauge also makes a tuner card for TV that will allow you to receive local FM just like a radio.

w/o internet? You cant. There are tuners that are PC adaptable but they arent cheap. Ask radio shack or best buy.

I just go to my media player and down load the stations and pick a few for my folder and play.. I have vista and is built in

usually the station you listen to has a popup window that when you click on it, it plays what the radio is playing. i think.
some dont. some do.
