F = k q1 q2 / d^2

so F d^2 = k q1 q2
and thus q1 = F d^2 / (k q2).

Also, 1/F = d^2 / (k q1 q2)
so d^2 = k q1 q2 / F
and d = √(k q1 q2 / F).
