Have you had a breast augmentation done in one of those small southern places in the us? If so how much was the whole cost of surgery?
Alabama has a low cost of living. Therefore cost of surgery should be very low. If you have had a breast augmentation in the US for under $4000 please let me know where and who.

You should not go for PRICE, you should be going to doctor's who show good QUALITY. Just because Alabama is a low COL does not mean that the surgery will be low cost.
Research! And talk to at least three PS's before chosing the one you like.
