for which one i need to give more force?

Assuming they are empty (or filled with something significantly less dense than water, like air; I'll assume it just has air for clarity), the one with the bottom closed will require more force. That's because in the one with the open bottom, the water can force the air up and compress it, so the bottom part of the box can easily be filled with water and there is no additional water pressure to contend with. If the bottom is sealed, the water pressure will apply an upwards force to the box which you have to overcome by pushing harder (and the further down you push it the harder it will get).
