I'll vote for that Grand Old Lady, the New York Times. For a reporter, the Times is the ultimate goal, the Queen of them all. Sure, there have been mistakes. Sure, there have been problems. But, all in all, it does the best job of presenting what is happening...and those Op Ed articles give you a view of every corner of our society.

In second place, I would choose the Washington Post. I just wish it would return to its heyday when they were the only ones with the courage to go after the truth about Watergate. Now, it seems that Bob Woodward has joined the corporate crowd and Carl Bernstein has just about faded into obscurity.

Over all the best newspaper is the one that get delivered to your door on time each morning!

If you live in Ory-gon, then it's the Oregonian. If you live in Chicago then it's the Chicago Tribune, and so on and so forth!
