Because the Dems (primarily) in Congress are trying to block the Bush administration from getting ANYTHING done during the rest of their time in office with these "harrassing" hearings that have no substance...and what's worse they KNOW it!
I'm very angry with Bush about a number of things, but this type of partisan politics is NOT good for the country.
