The zero is in the ten-billionth place. Is that what you're asking for?? :P

The '0' is in the one ten-billionth position.
1/10,000,000,000

In a science experiment/project it shows the level of accuracy in your work. Instead of stopping at the ‘5’ in the one-billionth position, the ‘0’ shows your measurement can or did go to the next lower power of ten.

The trailing zero affects the accuracy or precision of the number. In this case it means the number is accurate to ten decimal places.

That no. in itself could lead you to a lot of question. 0 here does not alter the value of the number; in a sense it's worth nothing.
