annoys me soooooo much,
but i never want to tell her
because it would be mean.
she bosses me around everywhere,
and I can't take it anymore.
She tries to be my friend, but she tries too hard
and it gets one my nerves,
and if she wanted to be my friend, why would
she be mean to me ? What do I do with her and say to her?

Next time she puts you down, simply say to her.
Do you realize that you are always putting me down?
That should shut her up.

Tell her she's kind of annoying at times, but do it messing around but in a serious type manner. Maybe she's jealous if she's mean.
