Google Search RSS?

When you go to google and do a search for a keyword and get the search results, is there an rss feed for this available?

If so, can someone advise what is the url for the feed.

To my knowledge, you can only get a Google rss feed from their news site and blogs but check it out here:
http://www.google.com/reader

not every web site on the web have an RSS.
RSS is another way for the web site to provide the web site information
