It happens, just go to your doctor, and explain him your problem. He will place you on anti- anxiolytic or sedative or a combination of both.
I am sorry to read about your parents death.

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost both your parents. I can only imagine how hard that must be for you. It's normal to be feeling sad, and having a hard time sleeping.
Is there some kind of quiet activity that you find calming. I know that I can't, for example read when I'm upset or sad, because my focus is not too great... But I enjoy painting, and can immerse myself in that to such a degree that I, at least temporarily, "forget" my troubles.
Also, sometimes I find a good hot bath is helpful. A cup of herbal tea.
And even a good hard cry can be a good thing if you feel like you need to let it all out.
Be sure to get support from your family and friends during regular waking hours.

I wish there were magic words to make you feel better but your still greeving the loss of your dad and its bringing back some memories of you mom. Just remember all the good times and that they are now together in heaven and god is looking after them now.

go wake some one up sweetie you need a shoulder to lean on right now................this is one of them times that it would NOT be a problem to wake me up...........
