Depends on your precise definition of "tangible". Material objects all have some physical structure (not necessarily molecular in the strict chemical sense) and energy.

But do you consider, say, heat to be tangible? Heat can come in a variety of molecular and non-molecular structures; it has no particular structure of its own. Of course it always involves energy. Heat is not so much a physical object as it is a property of physical objects, but you could certainly argue that it could be considered tangible.
