I've taught elementary school for 26 years (public schools) and would never do anything else. I LOVE it. The paperwork is bad, and No Child Left Behind is ridiculous, but the children are wonderful. I teach the at risk children, the crack babues, fetal alcohol syndrome children, and the "project kids." They are the best! They love unconditionally. They are grateful for anyone trying to help. Some are discipline problems and are hard to reach, but deep down, they want to learn.
The pay is not great, but the intrinsic rewards are beyond measure.
I wish you the best!

I viewed your profile, and uh, well I all say think and fix your self first. Don't be fixated on people who would not give you the time of day.
Anyway instead of Buddhism, I'd suggest Christianity! Give Jesus a chance.
I e-mailed you with another good tip.
All these people you have been to, only have you relive your life, tell it over and over and over, each time it get bigger and worse, Plus it hurts more (hurtful events over and over) and nothing changes.
And it never will, yesterday is GONE, accept it, and get on with the business of living!
Today can be the first day of your life, IT IS YOUR CHOICE!!!
Now just do it. Say today is a brand new day, and act like it.

Call a Catholic or Lutheran church. They have a free program called Stephens Ministry. They are trained to be there to listen to you. They aren't suppose to lay a big trip on you either. That would be lots better than getting involved with someone on the net that may turn out to be a freak or something.

Ask your question by all means, but be cautious about offering information that can be used to track you in the real world. I appreciate this could be tricky when you are trying to explain something in detail. It will probably help if you are specific about the problem as caution allows.
But if you want to talk use ourand your yahoo address. I am confident that myself and other yahoo users will try to help if possible.

I have to agree with Karen and be careful about giving out your details...
In answer to your question, have you thought of listing the things you like doing, the things that interest you, and seeing a common theme? Then look up jobs that allow you to be around the things that interest you or allows you to do things you like to do.
Also remember, it's not a life-long decision these days - if you choose a career path that doesn't suit you... move on!

Be sure to first state all your problem to the Divine as that where all help comes from.
