Literally it means wild answers.
Well, if your query is about the purpose, I find it serving as many as there are people here.... such as providing help, assistance, knowledge, concepts, ideas, opinions, theories, discussions without age barriers, interactions without identity bias, variety entertainment and even mere time-pass. For me, it is a major source of mind-churning exercise in the nebulous field of philosophical thoughts.
