Obstructing traffic flow, going too slow....I stop to smell the roses, break for animals, stop to watch a sunset, or a sunrise. Listen to the ocean, observe a flock of geese flying overhead....or just watch the clouds float by...thank you

Speeding and swerving the wrong way down a one-way street directly into oncoming traffic with my eyes closed and the windows down and the stereo blasting...oh, and I'm driving a cement truck.
