You're a great husband!
Definitely take her "away". Doesn't have to be far, just something nice and quiet. It's a great way for the two of you to reconnect.
My hub and I have always made a point do this at least three times a year. We'll go to a nice hotel (sometimes near, sometimes far), order room service, watch movies, take long leisurely walks, talk, lounge around, and totally and completely relax.
After two or three days of that (or more, if you can!) you and your wife will be completley rejuvinated both mentally and physically.
Your wife will love you for it!

Well there is the obvious spa and salon gift certificate. Get her a massage, pedicure, manicure and haircut type thing so she feels refresed and renewed.

You could also have somebody take the kids and you can have a night to yourselves, like a night of sex, unless that is out of the question becuase she is pregnant and not feeling like it.

Or, maybe get a movie she has been wanting to see and send the kids away and sit down and watch it with her and not make fun of it even if it is a dorky chick flick.

You know the nicest thing my boyfriend ever did for me was I was always complaining because he had all his junk on my side of the room and I had no desk to myself. I was complaining about it and I left in a huff. When I got home he had rearranged the room so I had the desk all to myself. So maybe there is something she feels she wants and you can do that for her.

Maybe you can call her friends and arrange a day where they go out to lunch, and shopping and a movie or something, just a ladies day away for her.

Sorry, I'm not a very romantic person. At any rate, if you are even asking you seem like a nice guy and I'm sure she will appreciate whatever you do for her.

Well, since she is expecting, I wouldn't send her on a trip alone. Get her an appointment at a day spa where she can get off her feet and get some pampering. For that evening, arrange for a sitter overnight for the kids and take her out on a dinner cruise or some kind of intimate dinner for the 2 of you. Take her to a beautiful hotel and the next morning order room service for breakfast in bed! Have a nice time!

well seeing as how she is around kids so much maybe a nice day at a spa for her then, take her out to a romantic diner, then go back home, maybe watch a movie, have the kids out of the house with a baby sitter. I think that would be nice.

Well, if you are going on vacation then maybe you can find a place that does pregnancy massages and give her a day at the spa without the kids. They are supposed to be very good for mommy and baby. Stress reliever, you know?

If I were in her situation, I would want quiet time. We don't have them here but an all day spa would be so nice. Getting those feet massaged, nails done, the works. Just my opinion.
