Yes, here in the state of Montana you can if you own property out of town, such as a ranch with a family burial area used only for that purpose. The Hutterites do it all the time. Their people get buried inside the colony on their own land, not in a public cemetary used by the city.

Yes . There are plenty of family cemetaries all over . Probably regulated by state & local code , so not one set of rules. Heard of a guy hat wanted to be interred under his front steps, with his headstone for the landing - People would have to notice . It didn't fly. Don't remember why .

I think you can be buried on his own land in the USA. Many families have plots on their farms. But make sure by talking to the local authorities and undertaker.

Usually only in rural or unincorporated areas. Even then there are usually codes requiring a burial vault to keep the water table clean.
Best bet is have yourself burned, even then it isn't always legal to scatter the ashes anywhere you please.

Probably not, depending on zoning laws. Have yourself cremated and they can pretty much dump your ashes anywhere you want.
