Can anyone suggest a good vitamin/supplement for your skin, hair and nails? Needing a wee pick me up! Thanks :)

perfectil-most pharmacys have it...when i traind to be a beauty therapist it was recommended and worked!!

I use Hair, Skin and Nail tablets from Holland and Barrett as I needed a good supplement when I came out of hospital. They work really well. But they are £7 per bottle but I guess you get what you pay for.

Best ones are boots own brand, all my pals use the boots hair skin and nails supplement and within a month notice the difference. Cheaper than leading brands fantastic results, hair grows longer and so do nails, skin glows.

Zinc is good for skin; often found in creams for treatment of spots.

drink Milk, moisturize your skin and use sunscreen. and drink plenty of water.
