You have different state laws that apply to this question, it isn't Lowes, it's the state labor laws your in..I've seen them in Florida @ 16 years old...some states only allow someone under 18 to work only so many hours per week..and some don't matter..check on the net ."your state" labor laws..you will find the answer there

17 at the store near me. But they won't license anyone to use a forklift or picker unless they are 21.

I have a Nephew who works there-& he says, 18. -And it's a nice place to work- too.
