and i really am not hungry . but i really want food but i do not need it . and i am vegan and i a staying at my mom's house for a visit and she has basicaly nothing .i am probly going to end up at a sonic drive in

It's just a symptom of PMS. I have a craving for chocolate (something I usually hate, don't ask) when my period is here. I think it's more like a comfort food. Our hormones are higher than normal and it reacts with our body in different ways. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you just started having your period within the last year, your body is still adjusting and it probably won't come "on time" for a while yet.

Just use your self control and eat healthy food. I know all about what hormones do to either gender! Think about the example you could make when you don't just give in to your inherent nature!
