I'm probably the same i always have an evening snack but now i quit smoking it will be no good for me

It varies really,sometimes I only eat once a day and snack thru out,or 3 square meals,or munch all day long on fruits & veggies..
I'm flexible..=)

most people i know typically eat three meals a day but i have a cousin who is in great shape that eats at least seven times a day. it's not a matter of how many times you eat a day, what matters is how MUCH you eat in a day.
it's best to eat more meals with smaller proportions that way your body can burn it off more efficiently.
if you eat less times but with larger proportions, your body doesn't burn off those calories as much.
