stop eating breakfast and lunch, and have a small dinner. drink 6 to 8 large glasses of water with lemon or lime per day. this will only be about 5 pounds, though sorry

I know that you said not to say that it's unhealthy, but it is!
In 2 days I'm pretty sure that it's not possible to lose 10 pounds. 2 weeks is more realistic. You can prolly lose 2 pounds in 2 days, but that's as far as you are gonna get, and that's still unhealthy. I know that this isn't the answer that you were looking for, but it's the truth. It is pretty much impossible to lose that much weight in that little time.

the body cant lose 10 pouds in 2 days no matter what u do. best thing i can tell u is 2 stop all white products (white bread, sugar, wheat, rice,.....). also, eat nothing after 5 pm, & if u really want 2, make it a piece of fruit (not bananas). dont stop eating either, ur body will just stop losing the weight & hold on 2 everything its got.

you cannot lose 10 points in 2 days unless it's all water and then you would pass out from dehydration no more then 2 lbs a week is safe it takes time to do it right have patience

Get real. Excersise until you nearly fall over dead, don't even let a saltine pass your lips, purge like an idiot, you can't loose 10 pounds in 2 days.

I don't believe that losing ten pounds in two day's is possible no matter what you do unless you can afford lypo or some other surgery.
