yes! just catch it with an ultra ball. but firstly weaken it ofcourse

Don't use your Master ball on anything except Cressila or Mesprit.
1.Use a quick ball at the beggining of the battle.
2.Weaken the pokemon down to 1-6 hp then use pokeballs at him.
I caught him my first time with a Poke Ball I don't care what any body thinks but pokeballs are better than Ultra Balls every time I use a Ultra Ball I miss than I usea Poke Ball and catch it.
Save before you encounter Dialga so you can turn it off if he killed your Pokemon or you ran out of poke balls.

Don't use your Master Ball on Dialga... it's just not necessary. Stock up on Ultra Balls or better yet, Dusk Balls. I've caught Dialga 4 times now using Dusk Balls and once he's down to the low red in strength, it's only taken 3 or 4 Dusk Balls to catch him.
