Ok so i think i have social anxiety, im very shy in *public* and in public only, if im talking to someone in person, but not if im on the phone or txting, etc. Also, i stutter sometimes when i talk to strangers or someone i feel inferior to, and sometimes im so afraid to answer i ignore them altogether and pretend i didnt hear them, this is also why im sometimes anti-social and prefer to be alone. I also have OCD and i bite my nails alot. And people talk to me often, and i always think "why are they talking to me, im so flawed, why would anyone talk to me" and it just sucks. What do you guys think?

Self belief my friend.
What does it matter if people are talking about you?
My philosophy is if they are talking about me they are leaving someone else alone.

Low esteem might be the poison in here. Be more confident in yourself. I know it sounds silly and I myself haven't done it, but whenever you wake up, say something positive about yourself or the day. Raise your chin up and if you get tongue-tied when people talk to you (stranger or not), it is important to listen. Just showing you understand what they are talking about, a simple answer would suffice. And humor yourself and others a lot. It is probably the best medicine for shyness. I'm also shy myself, and I try to follow my own advice. :)

I know how you feel, I pretty much have all of those... but hey, your not mental, you just need to relax and remember everyone feels like ths in some way or another, even loud people have anxiety - thats what I try to think.
But of its really bugging you than see a therapist, or talk to people close to you like parents, siblings, close friends, or take breathing excersises- it really helps...you won't look like an idiot, instead you'll feel great inside... even confront your anxiety and join a local class where everyone does the same thing. Remember smile and you'll usually get one back!

Believe in yourself! :-)

Sounds like you need Zoloft or Paxil. Ask your counselor if this would be a good choice of medication for you. Also I would suggest cognitive behavior therapy as this can teach you to see things differently

Paxil is prescribed for this. Who beat up your self esteem?
You need to get some self bolstering tapes and become a hobbyist to bring out your creativity. Creativity boosts your self esteem. Actually, you will grow out of this in time, but for now that's my advice.

This was me up until about a month ago, then I began a small daily dose of zoloft and Psycho therapy and its all gotten better. Talk to your doc about this.
