It really depends on the neckline depth. There's nothing wrong with a V-neck. It lengthens the body lines and is very flattering to many body and face shapes. Deep V's are a bit different: Office, not the best idea depending on the type of office; Picnics and parties and anywhere else, sure, why not? Women dress for themselves, a woman who is confident with her body shape and body image has every right to wear things that emphasize her shape and self confidence. I wear low necklines and sleeveless tops in the summer because it's cooler, not to attract men's attention. If anyone doesn't like it, too bad. In my years in fashion I find women dress for themselves to reflect their own self confidence and self esteem. For many women, showing of a toned and trim body is part and parcel of their confidence. It's perfectly normal.

What would you have? Women covered from the neck to the knees? Burkas? Women have the right to wear what they want when they want. Remember everyone, we are not supposed to judge a person by what they wear and what on the outside. That says more about you as a person...that's a very poor reflection on you, not person you are casting aspersions upon. It says more about what kind of person YOU are, not the person you're judging. What's on the inside is far more important. Some of the most vindictive b****es dress sweet and modest all the time, while the woman in the cleavage top is often sweet and nice to all.

I think it's inappropriate. Someone who dresses for sex in the office does not understand personal versus professional, and will cross all kinds of uncomfortable boundaries in other areas as well, which is bad for office morale and for business.

I remember when I worked in an office and someone came to apply for a job. She looked and acted fine, but when the boss looked outside he saw her car, which had a huge "sexy blonde b**** " decal across the windshield. Guess who did not get the job.

No it is VERY inappropriate yes a lot girls show it of course the are usually trying to get boys to notice them but that their promble I guess but I think it is very sick and for people to think it's fashion I want to know who hit them up side the head. Some boys are pervs so the girls know they like it and they will keep wearing it to school.Only if the girl likes that boy who is a perv.

God why are some women soooooo naive!!!!

Don't draw attention to what you don't want men to gawk at. It's amazing that some women in the business world dress like they do, then wonder why they are sexually harassed.
